Michelle is a 25 year veteran nonprofit CEO, educator, speaker, leader, teacher, and coach who uses transformational leadership to support the "work" In His Trenches. We all have struggled at times to find solutions to move us forward, let Michelle inspire your growth through her faith and positive leadership to support you in the tough work of transformational leadership.

With a passion for helping people and organizations to achieve their vision, Michelle commits to partnering in the work to analyze the current state, develop a value centered vision for the desired state, and create systems and supports that will serve all stakeholders through sustainable practices.

Michelle holds a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University and a Masters in Education Administration from University of Houston-Victoria including the endorsement coursework for the Texas Superintendent Certification. She has served as a transformational leader in schools and district level leadership positions as well as a CEO (6 years) for a nonprofit Christian School System serving over 600 students and managing 7 million in funds and Assistant Executive Director (1 year) for a nonprofit serving over 1600 families and supporting management of over 17.5 million in funds.

Michelle lives in Weimar, Texas with her husband Ben and their miracle six year old daughter. Their adult children include 1 daughter and 2 sons. They have three grandchildren and counting! Michelle is the author of The Last Stand exposing enculturation and public school shift away from values such as love, kindness, generosity, and truth.

Brooke has over 20 years experience in early childhood education, and has served in a multitude of leadership roles including most recently serving as the Executive Director for the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Golden Crescent. In addition, she has also served as a federal grant director, principal, assistant principal, consultant, special education coordinator and special education teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in School Administration and Supervision, along with certifications in teaching, special education, and principalship. Brooke also has years of experience as an entrepreneur, having owned several boutiques and consulting services.

“God knew the journey he had for me and placed me in each of my roles to prepare me for today” says Brooke and she is thrilled to be working with CCA as one of the Curriculum Coordinators. She is assured that God has called her to do this work for His Kingdom and is extremely excited about fulfilling that purpose.

Brooke lives in Cuero, Texas with her husband and six year old son. They also have two adult sons and two adult daughters.
